CHME Connections
Almost all the studies cited earlier confirm that connectedness is one of the essentials keys to integral resilience– connecting ourselves to our Present, Past, and Future, to family and friends, colleagues, fellow workers, community, and Nature.
Almost all the studies cited earlier confirm that connectedness is one of the essentials keys to integral resilience– connecting ourselves to our Present, Past, and Future, to family and friends, colleagues, fellow workers, community, and Nature. Restoring this strong connection and active engagement offers an antidote to loneliness and burnout and is one of the recognized elements in the world’s Longevity Blue Zones.
The CHME incorporates an innovative and proven tool known as the Visual Matching Engine (VME) developed by a local Santa Barbara company, introNetworks.
The VME enables large numbers of participants to join, connect, and begin to engage in 10-15 minutes. When supplemented with advanced search and collaborative tools, the CHME platform is ideally suited to gathering the disparate threads of a community around a central theme like community-wide resilience.
